We are hiring an entry\-level Accountant for the Incentives, Benefits \& Reconciliation Accounting department at BCBST! In this role, you will support incentive calculations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance research. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and self\-motivated, with intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for accuracy. Accounting or financial experience is a plus, along with exposure to AI\-enabled tools.
