**About the Opportunity** ------------------------- We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join an established general contractor delivering large\-scale ground\-up commercial projects. This role is best suited for someone who has managed sizable projects with full responsibility for budgets, subcontractors, schedules, client coordination, and overall project execution. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Manage ground\-up projects from preconstruction through final completion. * Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, contract administration, and change management. * Maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and overall financial performance. * Partner closely with field leadership to manage schedules and resolve project challenges. * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and long\-lead items. * Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on cost, schedule, and progress. * Identify project risks early and drive solutions. * Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Project management expe...
