**Job Overview** As a Payroll Budget Analyst, you’ll support accurate payroll operations and budgeting by maintaining payroll records, reviewing financial data, and coordinating information across payroll and human resources systems. You’ll help keep payroll and accounting records organized, confidential, and aligned with applicable tax and labor requirements. **Responsibilities** * Process payroll data and perform accurate data entry. * Support payroll budgeting. * Use spreadsheets and financial or accounting software. * Handle confidential information carefully and help maintain compliance. * Your impact: Accurate payroll and reconciliations help employees receive dependable payroll support and give finance teams reliable information for budgeting. **Experience** * Accounting and finance experience, including payroll processing and payroll management. * Bilingual Spanish/English * Bring strong analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with payroll systems that are technically supported.
