Job Description: **Proposal Coordinator** ======================== ### **Location Options: Grand Forks, ND; Maple Grove, MN; or Denver, CO** AE2S is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our growing Proposals team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for driving the proposal process, managing multiple deadlines, and crafting compelling, well‑designed proposals that help win meaningful engineering projects. At AE2S, proposals are not just about formatting. They’re about storytelling, strategy, and collaboration. You’ll work across disciplines, partnering closely with technical staff, and play a key role in positioning AE2S for success.
