ZiFi is a digital\-first small business bank operating across the Midwest and East Coast with no physical branches. Our relationship managers, whom we call ZiFi Business Bankers , are the driving human connection behind our digital platform. ZiFi is currently looking for a ZiFi Business Banker (Digital Relationship Manager). This role is a high\-volume, results\-driven production role. This person will spend 80% of their time operating the bank (converting leads, gathering paperwork, and packaging deposits, loans, and merchant services) and 20% of their time helping us build (translating client feedback into product requirements, and refining risk and operational workflows as we prepare to scale next year). **A Day in the Life:** High\-Volume Operational Production This banker is an active producer who manages a high\-velocity digital pipeline.
