**Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health** **Location:** Missoula, MT **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 12 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 2,300 To $ 2,512 per week** **Schedule:** Day Shift \| Monday Friday \| 8:00 AM 5:00 PM **Experience:** Minimum 1 Year Required \| 2 Years Preferred **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health** for a 12\-week contract opportunity in Missoula, Montana. The Physical Therapist will provide skilled rehabilitation services in patients' homes throughout the assigned service area, including evaluations, treatment, care planning, patient and family education, and coordination with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
