We’re hiring a Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient Cardiology to support our cardiovascular patients by providing safe, accurate, and timely pharmaceutical care. In this role, you’ll partner closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize medication therapy, enhance medication safety, and support positive patient outcomes across our cardiology services. **Work Schedule** Shift: Day shift only, Every 4th weekend \|Holiday requirement included and on\-call as needed \| Interest in precepting students and residents required. **What you’ll do** * Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safety for each patient. * Design and adjust therapeutic regimens and monitoring plans tailored to cardiology patients. * Prepare and dispense medications through accurate compounding, packaging, and labeling in compliance with all regulations. * Serve as a trusted drug therapy resource by consulting with patients and care teams on dosing, interactions, side effects, and safe medication use. * Document clini...
