### **Description** ELEMIS are looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Channel Marketing, this role is responsible for the **day\-to\-day execution and optimization of digital merchandising across ELEMIS North America retail and ecommerce channels**, including Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Amazon, Department Stores, QVC and other key partners. You will ensure that ELEMIS shows up accurately, consistently and compellingly across retailer digital touchpoints—from new product launches and PDP content to navigation, search, promotions and evergreen optimization. Working closely with the North America Channel \& Brand Marketing team, Global Marketing, Creative and retailer partners, this individual will help create a seamless consumer journey that supports product discovery, conversion and sell\-through.
