Temporary Position with Potential for Full\-Time Hire Position Summary The Temporary Patient Services \& Survey Project Specialist supports patient experience initiatives by processing incoming mail, managing patient survey responses, conducting outbound reminder calls, and assisting with basic patient billing inquiries. This role plays an important part in ensuring patient feedback is accurately captured and that patients receive timely, helpful support regarding their accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, professional on the phone, and committed to providing an excellent patient experience. Essential Responsibilities Survey \& Patient Feedback Management * Open, sort, and organize incoming patient correspondence and survey submissions. * Review, track, and accurately record survey responses in designated systems and spreadsheets. * Maintain detailed and organized records of survey activity and patient feedback. * Identify and communicate trends, concerns, or recurring patient comments to leadership as needed.
