**Role Overview:** The manager oversees clinical pharmacy services, staff supervision, and medication use processes in their assigned area. They ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and cost\-efficient drug therapy, collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients to optimize medication management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform all pharmacist duties within their practice area. * Maintain high standards of clinical care, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow. * Evaluate and improve pharmacy practices and develop new programs based on needs. * Address and resolve employee and patient issues, managing performance and staffing needs. * Recruit, hire, and ensure adequate staffing and skill mix. * Monitor medication utilization and costs, working with physicians and staff to develop protocols for cost containment and therapy optimization. * Contribute to staffing and financial planning, and implement operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards. * Develop, revise, and audit department policies and procedures. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
