**Job Overview:** Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Sourcing Recruiter** to join the Talent Acquisition team in Houston. The Sourcing Recruiter is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA\-COE) and is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, technical, corporate, and support functions. Working closely with Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, the Sourcing Recruiter develops talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role combines talent research, market intelligence, talent mapping, networking, and candidate engagement to ensure Weatherford has access to high\-quality talent in competitive labor markets.
