We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Residential Safety Manager** to oversee, develop, and enforce physical security, emergency preparedness, and environmental health and safety protocols across our residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a secure, compliant, and supportive environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.
