**Job Summary** Pharmachem Innovations is seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager is responsible for leading critical cross\-functional projects from initiation through successful launch, ensuring priorities remain on track and business objectives are achieved. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role serves as the central coordinator across departments, driving alignment, accountability, and timely execution to accelerate product launches and revenue generation.
