Provides strategic vision, leadership and general management skills to ensure Transportation is successful in controlling product movement along with providing optimal support to Retail, Warehouse Operations and Retail Donation Centers (RDCs). Key responsibilities include people leadership, transportation logistics operations, financial management, inventory control, customer service, human resources and training \& development. Builds and retains motivated, high performing teams through effective leadership of management. Provides support and analytical feedback for mergers and acquisitions.
