Vine Advisors is seeking a driven Audit \& Assurance Intern to join our team and gain hands\-on experience supporting audit and review engagements. The intern will work directly with experienced staff and managers and assist with assurance engagements, with potential opportunities to support tax engagements based on task availability. This role is a great fit for accounting students pursuing a CPA license, with opportunities to transition into a full\-time staff position after graduation. This is a part\-time internship of 18–24 hours per week, based on task availability as well as the intern’s availability. **Responsibilities:** **Assurance (Audit \& Review) Tasks** * Assist with preparing and organizing audit and review workpapers * Tie out financial statement balances to trial balances and supporting documents * Help with cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable testing, including sending and tracking confirmations * Vouch and trace samples of transactions to invoices, bank statements, and contracts * Assist with fixed asset roll\-forwards, depreciation recalculations, and debt schedule testing * Prepare and update lead sheets and PBC (Prepared by Client) request lists * ...
