**JOB DESCRIPTION** The Contract Specialist Team sits within J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Client Service organization, leading timely, accurate client agreements while partnering across teams to ensure a controlled, client\-focused process. **Job Summary** As a Vice President within Asset Management \- Client Service \- Institutional Contract Specialist, you independently manage complex contracting matters, draft and negotiate agreement language, synthesize client feedback, and develop well\-reasoned, decision\-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders. You will exercise sound judgment in balancing client, commercial, operational, and risk considerations; provide guidance to more junior team members; and lead projects that strengthen the contracting operating model, enhance controls and consistency, and drive improvements across the agreement lifecycle.
