**Wellness Clinic Operations Manager** ResolveMD Health and Wellness is seeking a full\-time, onsite Clinic Operations Manager to serve as the operational anchor of our growing wellness clinic. This is not a passive office\-coordination role. We are looking for someone who can keep the clinic highly organized while also bringing business awareness, accountability, follow\-through, and a strong client\-service mindset. **What You Will Own**  Daily clinic operations, staff coordination, schedules, workflows, and administrative follow\-through.  Consistent execution of approved pricing, payment, lead\-follow\-up, and client\-retention processes.  Lead and inquiry tracking from first contact through scheduling and outcome.  Administrative onboarding, SOPs, training checklists, vendor coordination, and office systems.  Weekly operating visibility for ownership, including what is working, what is not, and what needs a decision.  A professional, responsive client experience and a culture of accountability across the clinic. **You May Be a Strong Fit If You**  Are exceptionally organized but also understand that a small clinic must watch revenue, cost, conversion, and client retenti...
