**Primary Role** The Rental Account Manager drives rental revenue growth through territory management, jobsite penetration, and customer acquisition. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market share, and collaborating with the branch team to deliver excellent service while maintaining a culture of safety. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales \& Customer Acquisition** * Schedule will be a mix between time in the field (mainly) and in the office. * Prospect and develop new accounts within assigned territory. * Expand relationships with existing customers to increase rental opportunities. * Conduct regular job site visits, prescheduled office visits, and cold calls. * Present rental, trucking, and equipment sales solutions tailored to customer needs. * Submit customer deals to the Rental Coordinator (RC) for processing. * + Including: Rates, P\&D, site POC contact information, etc. **Territory \& Pipeline Management** * Maintain accurate records of daily activities and opportunities in CRM. * Track and pursue leads provided by RCs, GMs, and inbound inquiries. * Monitor and manage pipeline opportunities through all sales stages. * Ensure revenue targets a...
