Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor (Life Science) Location: San Francisco Bay Area (job sites in the Peninsula and East Bay; office in the South Bay) Compensation: Competitive base salary \+ twice\-yearly bonus \+ company vehicle About the Company Our client is a well\-established, financially stable commercial general contractor that has served the Bay Area for over 20 years. Their focus is life science, along with ground\-up commercial/industrial, tenant improvement, and seismic/structural work. They do not self\-perform; all trade work is subcontracted, so their PMs are true managers of the project. They've grown deliberately and are hiring because substantial new projects are in the pipeline, including GMP manufacturing work. Leadership stays closely involved with project teams and gives people room to grow. You'll get broader responsibility and exposure here than you would at a larger GC, without the corporate bureaucracy.
