Soft Landing is a locally owned soft serve shop with locations in Boise and Eagle. We are looking for a hands\-on General Manager to lead day\-to\-day operations across both shops and help build the people, systems and operating structure that will support our continued growth. This is a broad leadership role for someone who enjoys both managing a team and being close to the operation. The General Manager will have meaningful responsibility for store performance, staffing, training, standards and execution while working closely with the owners on the continued development of the business. **Overview** The General Manager oversees day\-to\-day operations across Soft Landing's Boise and Eagle locations. The role combines multi\-unit leadership with regular in\-store presence and requires a strong understanding of the work performed by the team.
