**Overview** The Scale \& Partner AI Experiences organization is transforming how Microsoft partners engage, transact, and grow through AI\-first platforms and secure partner experiences. Our team builds the foundational services that power Partner Center, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), partner onboarding, program enrollment, identity, authorization, and security experiences across Microsoft's global partner ecosystem. We are looking for Software Engineers and Sr Software Engineers who is passionate about building highly scalable cloud services, secure platforms, and modern partner onboarding experiences. You will work on critical platform capabilities including account enrollment, authorization, partner identity, security compliance, AI\-enabled experiences, and shared services used across Partner Center and the broader Microsoft partner ecosystem.
