At Trademark Car Wash, our Assistant Managers serve as frontline leaders responsible for supporting daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is a key leadership position responsible for maintaining operational standards, reinforcing company expectations, and supporting site performance during assigned shifts. Assistant Managers serve as the acting leader of the location when the Site Manager is not present and are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety, and team performance during their shifts. This position is paid weekly and may be eligible for performance\-based incentives and commissions.
