This is a field leadership role for someone with strong trim carpentry experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep finish work organized and moving. The right candidate will understand interior trim, doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, cabinetry\-related trim, and final finish details. **Responsibilities** * Manage trim carpentry and finish work across active residential projects * Oversee punch list items and help drive projects to completion * Review jobsites for quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness * Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors * Identify trim and finish issues early and help solve field problems * Confirm that doors, casing, baseboard, crown, shelving, hardware, and other finish details meet company standards * Track outstanding work and communicate priorities clearly * Help maintain clean, organized, and prof...
