**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Job Title:** Senior Technical Program Manager**FLSA Status:** Exempt **Location:** Wichita **POSITION SUMMARY** Lead Engineering and cross\-functional teams through the development process for complex multi\-NRE (m\-NRE) projects for select customers. This includes, collaboration, planning, and driving these projects through the full development cycle while ensuring compliance to the customer’s unique requirements and consistency with Integra’s operational production flows. Ensure that complex m\-NRE development projects converge to meet Integra committed customer schedules.
