The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $42\.00 – $79\.81\.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. **Hiring Bonus may be available!** **Schedule:** Position includes weekend coverage. Schedules may be either a rotating every\-other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) schedule or a fixed schedule of Tuesday\-Saturday or Sunday\-Thursday. Responsible for providing direct skilled nursing care and coordination/management of patients admitted to home care/clinic services using considerable judgment and skill in making patient care decisions.
