**Description:** The **Internal Communications \& Engagement Manager** leads the day\-to\-day operations and execution of the Internal Marketing \& Communications department, ensuring programs, initiatives, events, and communications are delivered with excellence. This role oversees employee engagement programs, corporate events, community initiatives, vendor partnerships, project management, budgets, and departmental operations while serving as a key connector across the organization. The Manager translates strategic direction into actionable plans, coordinates cross\-functional teams, manages timelines, and ensures seamless execution that enhances the employee experience and strengthens organizational culture.
