**Position Overview** --------------------- We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects involving structural rehabilitation, historic preservation, facility assessments, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings and structures. This position will focus on evaluating existing structural systems, identifying deficiencies, developing repair and strengthening solutions, and overseeing the rehabilitation and transformation of existing facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural engineering consulting, existing building evaluations, restoration, and adaptive reuse, with the ability to independently manage complex engineering projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and provide technical leadership.
