**Job Summary** =============== The Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist (FAS) plays a critical role in driving customer adoption and utilization of the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Technologies portfolio. Using a working understanding of the portfolio's capabilities, customization options, and operational best practices, the FAS gains knowledge of customer manufacturing processes and technical requirements to help customers successfully integrate solutions into their operations. Acting as a primary technical resource for customers, the FAS provides application support throughout the customer lifecycle, starting with pre\-sale product demonstrations and continuing through post\-sale implementation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support. The FAS generates initial proposals, then refines them with the assistance of internal subject\-matter experts prior to sharing with customers.
