Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor **Position Overview** --------------------- We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee complex financial operations, payroll reconciliation, fund management, reporting, and daily accounting activities. This role will lead and support the accounting team while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple financial systems and funding sources. The ideal candidate will have strong government or public sector accounting experience, leadership capabilities, and hands\-on knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and accounting system management. **Primary Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Review, approve, and oversee accounting transactions processed within AZ360 * Review ACH transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing * Reconcile AZ360 funds against Cash Flow Worksheets within established monthly deadlines * Download and maintain monthly ASAP/AZ360 reporting documentation for reconciliation purposes * Review General Fund Status reports and monitor financial activity * Oversee and approve LGTS reconciliations completed by accounting staff * Manage the drawi...
