**QUALIFICATIONS** * Agree with the statement of faith and core values, and be able to demonstrate the values to Crossroads Mission Avenue staff and guests * Communicate effectively and record information accurately * Human Services experience desired, but not required * Maintain a high standard of personal morality and accountability, living above reproach in all areas of life * Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diffuse conflict and always treat Crossroads’ guests with dignity and respect, and ability to maintain confidentiality * Maintain composure in stressful situations * Proven computer skills and willingness to become proficient with Crossroads Mission Avenue computer software * High School diploma or equivalent * Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to become certified **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Program:** * Check all guest rooms on a daily basis, ensuring that rooms are clean, neat, orderly, and smelling good.
