The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1\. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. 2\. Current state Physical Therapy license. 3\. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
