*What Your Day Will Look Like:* : Phoenix or Tucson, AZ \| Hybrid **Lead Arizona Transportation Projects** Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer / Project Engineer to provide technical leadership on roadway and highway projects throughout Arizona. This role is ideal for an experienced transportation professional looking to lead project delivery, mentor staff, and help grow a successful transportation practice. **Projected Compensation**: $130,000 \- $170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation for candidates with significant experience beyond the minimum requirements may be considered above this range. **Hybrid Work Schedule**: Team members are expected to work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday, subject to business and project needs. *What You'll Do:* : * Lead roadway design for highways, arterials, interchanges, corridors, and multimodal facilities. * Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates. * Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. * Mentor engineers and designers. * Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and clie...
