**Job Summary** We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our cross\-brand marketing team supporting Peterson’s, RMC Learning Solutions, Animal Behavior College, and Dean Vaughn. This role will focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization, with an emphasis on turning site traffic into signups and revenue. The ideal candidate brings experience in subscription, retention, lifecycle/CRM, or data\-driven performance marketing and is comfortable using funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and channel performance data to identify opportunities and measure results.
