The current full\-time base salary range for this position is $66,798\-$127,163 or a full\-time hourly base salary range of $32\.00\-$60\.91, if non\-exempt. “Off\-scale” salaries, which yield compensation that is higher than the published system\-wide salary at the designated rank and step, are offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions. **Lecturer:** The UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay at appointment. See the following table for the current salary scale for this position \[ T15 ]. A reasonable estimate for this position is $73,817–$207,711\. Percent time: Academic Coordinator: At least 8%, up to 25%, dependent on needs and funding. **Lecturer:** Variable.
