**Pay Range:** $16\.56\-$18\.00 (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position) **Full Time 40 Hours** Monday\-Friday 6:30am\-3:00pm **GENERAL SCOPE:** Receives all food products, checks for defects, kosher status and stores effectively in a sanitary environment. Purchases items listed below. Fills orders for Daycare, all homes for cottages, 6th floor kosher kitchen, and Leo’s Deli. **EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:** High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, communicate understandably in English and follow directions. Must be computer literate. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**: Sanitation * Check all coolers for outdated items. Make sure all food is labeled and dated. * Set up mop buckets, one hot soapy water/one hot rinse water. * Mop all coolers and the back hallway. * Wipe off ice cream coolers including the top of the ice cream coolers. * Wipes doors of walk\-in coolers. * Cleans areas and makes room for new stock before it comes in. * Mops coolers, storeroom, and back hall area where boxes are broken down.
