About the Role We're looking for an experienced **Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist** to take ownership of our email marketing program. RNC is an established ecommerce company selling Natural Health Products. We're looking for someone who knows Klaviyo inside and out, writes compelling emails, and understands how to turn email marketing into consistent revenue. This is a hands\-on position. You'll be responsible for everything from planning campaigns and writing copy to building automated flows, scheduling emails, and analyzing performance. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, take initiative, and confidently manage our email marketing from start to finish. This is an in\-house position, not an agency or freelance contract. We're hiring for a full\-time role but are open to someone starting part\-time and transitioning into full\-time.
