InterExchange, a leading nonprofit cultural exchange organization based in New York City's Financial District, is seeking a customer\-centric, tech\-savvy Controller to run the daily operations of our Finance department. You will lead, develop, and support a small yet highly capable team of accounting professionals. Reporting directly to our CFO, you will work closely together as you turn data into accurate, timely, executive\-ready reporting that management and our Board of Directors rely on to make decisions. We are a self\-sustaining, fee\-for\-service 501(c)(3\) with more than $20 million in annual revenue and no development activities or restricted assets to monitor, so your attention stays on strong accounting operations.
