**Where You Will Work:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Provides specialized nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced monitoring, respiratory support, and complex interventions. Nurses collaborate with neonatologists, APP's and interdisciplinary teams to deliver family\-centered care in a high\-acuity environment. **Expectations We’re Looking For:** * Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing * Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads * Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices * Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association * Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) \- Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site\-specific policy of standard of care. **What You’ll Do:** * As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. * Using evidence\-based practice, clinical decision making...
