Project Manager - Industrial Construction Project Experience

Description

The ideal candidate has 5\+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Industrial construction experience is preferred. Responsibilities * Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout * Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, cost reports, and forecasts * Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation * Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance * Resolve project issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships * Provide project updates to company leadership Qualifications * 5\+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience * Industrial construction experience preferred * Experience managing projects from start to finish * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building methods * Experience with Procore, ProjectSight, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar * Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * OSHA 30 preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Salary range based on experience.
