**Position Summary** The Operations \& Logistics Manager is responsible for leading daily warehouse, transportation, delivery, inventory, and operational activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. **Essential Functions** * Lead and supervise warehouse, delivery, transportation, and operational employees, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and accountability. * Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, storage, and product movement. * Manage daily transportation and delivery operations, including route planning, driver dispatch, delivery performance, fleet utilization, and customer service expectations. * Provide operational leadership for early morning driver dispatch activities and support weekend or after\-hours operations as business needs require. * Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, DOT, and company operating requirements. * Establish and maintain inventory controls, cycle\-counting programs, inventory accuracy standards, and operational reporting processes. * Create and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and process docu...
