**Job Purpose** --------------- Provide civil engineering support for ongoing electrical and water transmission and distribution, technical services, generation, and telecommunication projects. Independently perform and coordinate engineering activities, provide technical guidance to internal and external customers, and administer contract responsibilities as needed. Work with other departments, contractors, consultants, and customers to coordinate and schedule project work.
