Overview: From the high school athlete who tears an ACL to the retiree who needs a knee replacement, the Ortho Central Ambulatory Surgery Center is here for each and every one of our patients. Our expert team includes four orthopedic surgeons, a sports medicine physician, bone health experts, physical therapists, and workers’ compensation specialists. Our skilled providers can treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries including sports\-related fractures, foot and ankle surgery, and hip, knee and shoulder reconstructive surgery. The Ambulatory Surgery Center is open Monday through Friday to meet our patient’s needs Responsibilities: * Screens patient and obtains pertinent information. * Assists physician or advanced practitioner during patient visit in accordance with age specific needs. * Assists the physician or advanced practitioner in all aspects of patient care and communication as instructed. * Maintains the exam rooms and work environment. * Proper communication with appropriate clinic departments. * Satellite Clinic Operations * Clinic Preparation * Provides support to the clinic as needed.
