Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as **Entry\-Level Construction Managers**. This position is designed for individuals who have a foundational understanding of construction and want to build a long\-term career in construction management. You will work alongside experienced Construction Managers and company leadership while learning the systems, processes, and responsibilities required to independently manage construction projects. This is an active, field\-based leadership development position. You will gain exposure to construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, inspections, budgeting, client communication, quality control, and project closeout. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, organized, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities.
