**About the Role** ================== As Finance Analyst, you'll sit at the center of Daybreak's finance function, with equal footing in accounting and financial planning. On the accounting side, you'll own the month\-end close process and make sure the numbers leadership, our board, and our investors rely on are accurate, timely, and well supported. On the planning side, you'll build and maintain the financial models that help us forecast, budget, and decide where to invest. You'll work directly with the Sr. Director of Finance, who reviews your work and shapes your growth. Our economics are more interesting than most: revenue comes from school district contracts and insurance reimbursement, and our largest cost is clinician pay. That makes both the accounting and the modeling a real analytical challenge. Getting accruals and revenue recognition right is the foundation, and modeling clinician capacity, utilization, payer mix, and contract economics is how we plan. You'll also be a finance partner to the business.
