**Position Overview** ===================== The Internal Audit Analyst will be responsible for supporting Internal Audit and Internal Control projects through data analytics, automation, and technology\-enabled testing. This role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a willingness to quickly learn and collaborate cross\-functionally. The analyst will also be expected to be their own project manager, by managing expectations, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met, while actively driving the integration of data analytics and associated data visualizations into internal audit projects to deliver innovative, insightful, and actionable analyses. Burlington’s Internal Audit team conducts risk\-based projects to help identify and manage company\-wide risks.
