This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who understands that a successful parts operation is about more than having the right inventory on the shelf. It requires strong people leadership, disciplined inventory and financial management, excellent customer service, effective supplier relationships, and consistent operational execution. The Parts Manager will lead the day\-to\-day operation of the department while driving **sales, profitability, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement**.
