Manage Aimbridge accounts receivable, corporate accounting, financial statement preparation and management. Management\-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of hands\-on accounting managerial experience is required. * Hospitality and/or Real Estate accounting experience is preferred. * Public accounting experience is preferred. * CPA certification is required. * Proficient with general ledger systems, MS Excel and other analytical tools. * Highly motivated individual that works well in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong managerial and organizational skills. * Strong critical thinking/analytical ability and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to communicate technical accounting issues with senior executives and/or external auditors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee the consolidated month\-end close process, which includes consolidation of foreign operations, preparation of consolidated financial statements and select balance sheet reconciliations. * ...
