Opera Invest, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Specialist for Francophone and European clients to prospect and develop business for the company’s target market consisting of European and Francophone clientele. Candidate must also demonstrate understanding of European buyer behavior, their real estate related preferences, their negotiation patterns as well as their behavioral responses to business development strategies. Must be fluent in French. Candidate will also collaborate closely with European and Francophone clientele post\-signing explaining real estate processes, timelines and milestones post\-retention. Job position offers base salary plus variable bonus based on performance and output.
