This role includes developing and executing strategies and standards related to accounting policy, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, audit, payroll, and financial systems and controls. The Controller will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements, Code of Federal Regulations Title 2 Grants and Agreements, as well as coordinate the preparation of financial statements and filings.
