**Position Responsibilities:*** As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner * You will make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow\-up, and communication * You will interact with multiple business locations to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner, and that all location\-specific policies and procedures are followed * You will serve as a customer service liaison, communicating with each Business Unit to provide information for daily business functions * You will provide a high level of customer service in accordance with each customer's issue or request * As a Bar Coordinator, you will be responsible for Tiger Joe’s Pub including bartending, bar appearance, rotating product, creating cocktails, event planning, and cleaning. * You will be responsible for coordinating bartending coverage and service as needed in a professional and courteous manner. * Other duties as assigned **Required Education and Experience:*** Must be at least 21 years old * High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience **Preferred Education and Experience:*** Bachelor’s De...
